DanceHub provides dance studio management software including client management, class registration, attendance tracking, and a costume marketplace. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Marketplace Terms

For the costume marketplace:

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate listing descriptions
  • Buyers agree to pay for items purchased
  • DanceHub facilitates transactions but is not a party to sales
  • Disputes should be resolved between buyers and sellers
  • DanceHub may charge transaction fees as disclosed

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

DanceHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
